Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before downloading or using the Uniform mobile application ("App") operated by StacheSolutions ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Uniform is a mobile application designed to help volunteer coaches manage recreational youth sports teams. The App provides tools for roster management, attendance tracking, playing time tracking, game-day substitution management, schedule coordination, and related team logistics.
Uniform is intended for use by coaches and team administrators ("Coaches") who manage youth sports teams in recreational league settings. It is not intended as a platform for competitive or elite-level sports organizations.
By creating an account, downloading, or using the App, you confirm that:
To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@stachesolutions.com if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
You may delete your account at any time through the App settings or by contacting us at support@stachesolutions.com. Upon deletion, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial use as a volunteer coach or team administrator.

The App is designed for use by adult coaches and administrators. You, as the Coach, are responsible for obtaining all necessary consents from parents or legal guardians before entering any personal information about minor athletes (players under 18 years of age) into the App.
By entering player data into the App, you represent and warrant that:
StacheSolutions does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. The App is not directed at children. If you believe a minor has created an account without parental consent, please contact us immediately at support@stachesolutions.com.
You retain ownership of all roster data, player information, and other content you enter into the App ("Your Content"). By using the App, you grant StacheSolutions a limited, non-exclusive license to store and process Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the App's services to you.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and appropriateness of all data you enter into the App. StacheSolutions is not responsible for decisions made based on inaccurate data entered by users.
If you import data into the App via CSV or other file format, you represent that you have the right to use and import that data and that doing so does not violate any applicable law or third-party rights.
The App, including its design, code, graphics, logos, and all related intellectual property, is owned by StacheSolutions and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
These Terms do not grant you any right to use the Uniform name, logo, or any other StacheSolutions trademarks or branding. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by StacheSolutions.
The App may integrate with or depend on third-party services (such as cloud storage providers, analytics tools, or app distribution platforms). Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. StacheSolutions is not responsible for the practices of third-party services.
The App is distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Your download and use of the App is also subject to the applicable terms of those platform providers.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STACHESOLUTIONS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that: (a) the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure; (b) any defects will be corrected; (c) the App or the servers that make it available are free of viruses or other harmful components; or (d) the results of using the App will meet your requirements.
The App provides tools to assist volunteer coaches in tracking and managing playing time. All coaching decisions, including playing time allocation and player substitutions, are the sole responsibility of the Coach. StacheSolutions is not responsible or liable for any coaching decisions made using the App, or for any disputes arising between coaches, players, parents, or league administrators regarding such decisions.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, STACHESOLUTIONS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms or the App shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) fifty U.S. dollars ($50.00).
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless StacheSolutions and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the App; (b) Your Content; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party, including the rights of minor athletes or their parents and guardians.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document and, for material changes, provide you with in-app notice or an email notification. Your continued use of the App after any changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the App at any time, with or without cause or notice, including if we believe you have violated these Terms.
Upon termination: (a) your license to use the App will immediately cease; (b) we may delete your account and Your Content in accordance with our Privacy Policy; and (c) all provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the App shall first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting us at support@stachesolutions.com. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Salt Lake County, Utah, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
YOU AGREE THAT ANY CLAIMS MUST BE BROUGHT IN YOUR INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and StacheSolutions regarding the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights under them without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction.
