This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use the Uniform app (the "App"). By downloading or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

This policy is intended to comply with applicable privacy laws, including the Apple App Store and Google Play Store guidelines. We encourage you to read it in full. If you have questions, please contact us at the address provided at the end of this document.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the security of your data, including encrypted data transmission (TLS/HTTPS) and secure authentication protocols. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Data stored on Firestore may be processed and stored in data centers located in the United States or other regions as determined by Google’s infrastructure. Please refer to Google’s privacy documentation for more information on how Firebase handles data.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal information with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes. We may share your information only in the following limited circumstances:

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the App’s services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us (see Section 10 below). Upon a verified deletion request, we will remove your personal data from our active systems within a reasonable timeframe, subject to any legal obligations to retain certain records.

Firebase is a service provided by Google LLC and is governed by Google’s Privacy Policy, available at https://policies.google.com/privacy. We encourage you to review Google’s privacy practices.
